How do I enroll clients?
You can refer clients using a unique affiliate link or you can order a kit on behalf of your client.
Your client pays
Invite your clients to sign up with your custom referral link and connect to see their results. They’ll get 10% off and you’ll get a 25% commission for every new client you refer.
You pay
Pay for your clients and get 10% off + another 25% off in place of commissions. Enjoy the freedom to set your own pricing or include DNA testing as part of a larger wellness package. If desired, provide your clients with access to their results after.
Do my clients get preferred pricing?
Yes! Your clients will enjoy 10% off any plans when they order through your referral link.
How much does a DNA test kit cost for my client?
Our most popular kit, a DNA test kit + Health Insights is $357.
If your client has an existing DNA file, they can purchase the Health Insights Plan for $268. Here is a list of companies that are compatible with SelfDecode. Each plan includes a one-year subscription to SelfDecode with an annual renewal fee of $99.

Can I order and pay on behalf of my client with special pricing?

When you register a client and pay on their behalf, the cost of a DNA kit + Health Insights is $267. Then, a $99 renewal fee is charged after the first year to maintain access to the results.
Who pays for the renewal fee if I invite clients to see their results?
When you invite clients to see their results, the account ownership transfers from you to them. This means, your client is responsible for paying the $99 renewal fee when they are connected with access to their results. Your client can opt out of auto-renew should they choose not to maintain their membership.
Will I be charged $99 to maintain my client's results if I don't connect with them?
You will be charged $99 to maintain access to your client's results and the health optimization tools on SelfDecode if you do not connect with them to see their results on your practitioner portal. You may opt out of auto-renew should you choose not to maintain access to their results after the first year.
Can I discontinue sharing results with clients at any time?
Yes, you can disconnect with clients to halt their access to results. Simply click on the drop-down menu beside Connected under the Status column to disconnect.
How long do results take?
The turnaround time is between 4 to 6 weeks. You can check the status of their swab in their account, found on the My Clients page.
