How to add a client (Refer or Register a client)

To learn how to Refer A Client or Register A Client, see the following instructions:

Select Add Client on your My Clients page:

Choose how you want to add your client. There are two options, which we'll explain in detail below:

Option A. REFER A CLIENT

2A. Simply select Copy to generate your custom referral link and send it to your clients.

Things to note

Your client pays for their own account.
Your client will automatically receive 10% off with preferred practitioner pricing. You will earn a 25% commission from the sale.
The client will receive a message to connect with your professional account after they sign up. This allows you to view their results.

Renewal Fee

Each plan includes a one-year membership to SelfDecode. After the first year, a renewal fee of $99 will be charged to your client's account to maintain membership access.

This option is ideal for pros who:

Want their clients to have full access to their results with less administrative work

Option B. REGISTER A CLIENT

2B. Select Register to order a kit for your client.

Then, choose the option that best suits your needs and click Select.

Things to note

You pay for your clients' account.
You will receive a practitioner-exclusive discounted rate when you order a kit for your client (10% off + a 25% commission in the form of a discount).
Should you wish, you can invite clients to connect with you to see their results afterwards.

Renewal Fee

Each plan includes a one-year membership to SelfDecode. After the first year, a renewal fee of $99 will be charged to maintain access to the results.
The renewal fee is tied to the owner of the account.
When you register for your client, you are the owner of the account.
When you invite your clients to connect, the ownership transfers to your client.
The $99 renewal fee is charged to your account if you do not invite your clients to connect.
When you share the results with your clients by connecting with them, the $99 renewal fee is charged to your client's account.

This option is ideal for Pros who:

Wish to offer DNA testing as part of a larger wellness package including other services
Prefer to cherry-pick specific reports to share with clients (this is available if you do not share the results with clients)
Wish to invoice clients separately and handle direct payments to SelfDecode

Inviting clients to connect and share their results

To grant your clients access to their results after completing their registration, choose "Connect" under the Status column beside their name on your My Clients dashboard.
