SelfDecode ships DNA kits to most countries and territories worldwide. We’re committed to making personalized health insights accessible, no matter where you live.
However, there are some countries we cannot ship to due to local customs restrictions or national regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for these regions.

Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Belarus, Burundi, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Eritrea, France, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Korea, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Options for Restricted Countries
Even if we can’t ship a DNA kit to your location, you can still use SelfDecode if you already have a raw DNA file from another provider (e.g., 23andMe, Ancestry, MyHeritage).

Customers in India can order DNA kits via email as long as they are okay with being 100% responsible for their own return to our UK receiving hub. Simply send your shipping address and phone number to support@selfdecode.com. Our Customer Support team will follow up with a payment link. Once it's paid, your kit will be dispatched to you.
