Do you ship to my country?

SelfDecode ships DNA kits to most countries and territories worldwide, so you can access personalized health insights no matter where you live. A small number of countries are restricted due to local customs rules or national regulations.

Countries we cannot ship to

Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Belarus, Burundi, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Eritrea, France, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Korea, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Note: These restrictions come from government and customs regulations, not from SelfDecode policy.

Options if we can't ship to you

If we can't ship a DNA kit to your location, you can still use SelfDecode by uploading a raw DNA file from another provider like 23andMe, Ancestry, or MyHeritage.

Special instructions for India

If you're in India, you can order a DNA kit by emailing support@selfdecode.com with your shipping address and phone number. Our team will send you a payment link, and once payment is complete your kit will be dispatched. Please note that customers in India arrange and pay for their own return shipping to our UK receiving hub (Milton Keynes) — prepaid return labels aren't available for India.
