SelfDecode ships DNA kits to most countries and territories worldwide, making personalized health insights accessible to you no matter where you live. However, we cannot ship to some countries due to local customs restrictions or national regulations.

Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Belarus, Burundi, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Eritrea, France, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Mali, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Korea, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Options for Restricted Countries

If we can't ship a DNA kit to your location, you can still use SelfDecode with a raw DNA file from another provider like 23andMe, Ancestry, or MyHeritage.

Special Instructions for India

Customers in India can order a DNA kit by emailing support@selfdecode.com with your shipping address and phone number. Our team will send you a payment link. Once payment is complete, your kit will be dispatched. Please note: Customers in India are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping to our UK receiving hub (Milton Keynes). Prepaid return labels are not available for India.
