SelfDecode ships to most countries and territories, except the following:

- Crimea Region of Ukraine
- Cuba
- Eritrea
- France
- Iran
- Iraq
- Kosovo
- Mali
- Mexico
- Montenegro
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Macedonia
- Russia
- Serbia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Ukraine
- Venezuela
- Vietnam
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
Please note that we are unable to make exceptions. We cannot ship to these countries due to customs regulations. We are truly sorry about this. You are still welcome to use our service if you have a DNA file from another provider.
If you are outside of the US or Canada, you will receive a prepaid return label via email after your DNA kit has shipped. Please note that we are unable to provide return labels for customers in South Africa or the Middle East and you will need to arrange your own return shipping if you live in these areas.
Customers in India can order DNA kits by sending their shipping address and phone number to support@selfdecode.com. Our Customer Support team will follow up with a payment link. Once it's paid, your kit will be dispatched to you.
