Getting your DNA results

If you ordered our DNA kit

1. Follow the included collection instructions to provide your sample.
2. Return your kit to our lab using the prepaid materials.
3. Your results will be ready about 2–3 weeks after we receive your sample. We'll email you when they're ready.

If you uploaded your raw DNA file

Your results are usually available within a few hours of uploading. We'll send you an email as soon as they're ready.

You don't have to wait for your DNA results to begin. You can upload your bloodwork and complete lifestyle questionnaires right away to start getting personalized insights.
