Requesting your pre-paid return label (Non-US)
If you're located outside the US, you can request a pre-paid return label after registering your DNA kit. Register your kit, request your label, and you'll receive it by email within 3–5 business days.
Important – For Non-US Customers Only: These instructions are for customers outside the United States. If your kit was shipped to a US address, follow the U.S. return instructions instead.
How to Return Your DNA Kit from Outside the US
Step 1: Register Your DNA Kit
Before returning your kit, register it using the QR code included in your package, or visit the registration page directly:
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration. If you have any trouble registering, email a picture of your barcode to support@selfdecode.com and we'll assist you.
Step 2: Request Your Pre-Paid Return Label
Once your kit is registered, request your return label:
- Go to the Request Return Label page.
- Confirm your return shipping address.
- Submit your request.
You'll receive your pre-paid return label by email within 3–5 business days.

Restricted Countries
Some regions don't currently have pre-paid return label service. Check the full list of restricted countries.
If your country isn't supported, you can still return your kit using your own shipping method. The lab's address is available in the same article.
