Important Information About Your Sample

While waiting for your return label, you do not need to worry about sample stability.

Your DNA sample remains viable at room temperature for at least 15 years, so you have plenty of time to ship it.

Restricted Countries

We are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels in certain regions.

To check whether your country is eligible, view the full list here.

If your country is not supported, you can still return your kit using your own shipping method. Find our address here.
