Trouble Registering Your DNA Kit?
We’re sorry you’re running into this — don’t worry, it’s usually a quick fix 🙂
Before trying again, please double-check the following:
- No extra spaces in the barcode field (before or after the code)
- Use zeros (0), not the letter “O” — they can look very similar on the tube
- Make sure you’re entering the entire barcode exactly as shown
If you’re still unable to register your DNA kit, please email a clear photo or the full barcode number from your tube to support@selfdecode.com, and let us know what’s happening.
