DNA kit registration issues & troubleshooting

Most kit registration problems come down to a small typo in the barcode or a kit that was shipped before registering. Both are easy to fix, and our team can always register a kit for you.

I can't register my DNA kit

Sorry you're running into this. Rest assured, we can assist you with getting your barcode registered! Before trying again, double-check the following:

• No extra spaces in the barcode field, before or after the code
• Use zeros (0), not the letter "O", since they can look very similar on the tube
• Make sure you're entering the entire barcode exactly as shown

I Forgot to Register My DNA Kit

If you forgot to register your DNA kit before shipping it back to our lab, don't worry. You can still register it.

• If you don’t have the barcode or are having trouble, get in touch. We can locate your barcode and register the kit for you.
