I Can't Register My DNA Kit
We're sorry you're running into this—don't worry, it's usually a quick fix. Before trying again, please double-check the following:
- No extra spaces in the barcode field (before or after the code)
- Use zeros (0), not the letter "O"—they can look very similar on the tube
- Make sure you're entering the entire barcode exactly as shown
If you're still unable to register your DNA kit, please email a clear photo or the full barcode number from your tube to support@selfdecode.com, and let us know what's happening. Our team will be happy to manually register the kit for you so you can move forward without delay.
I Forgot To Register My DNA Kit
If you forgot to register your DNA kit before shipping it back to our lab, don't worry—you can still register it.
If you have your kit's barcode, visit selfdecode.com/app/register to register the kit yourself.
If you don't have the barcode or are having difficulty registering, email us at support@selfdecode.com. We can locate your barcode and register the kit for you.
