Shipping Tips

Use a tracked shipping option so you can monitor your kit's progress back to us.
We do not accept "cash on delivery" (COD) shipments—these will be rejected and returned to you.
Recommended couriers: UPS, FedEx, and DHL are reliable choices. Customers in Saudi Arabia have also had success with Aramex.

International Shipping Restrictions

Some countries restrict or prohibit exporting used DNA swabs. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping Not Allowed

Due to government regulations, you cannot ship DNA samples from these countries:

China, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, North Korea, South Korea, Afghanistan, and any other countries whose postal systems prohibit biologics.

Special Permits or Authorizations Required

You may need government or health authority approval to ship from these countries:

Brazil, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Iraq, South Africa, Kenya, and parts of Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, etc.)

If you're in India: Email support@selfdecode.com—your order must be placed via email.

Generally Allowed

Kits can be shipped from most other countries as long as packaging and labeling follow safety guidelines. This includes:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and many others.
