- 4+ kits: price calculated at checkout
These flat rates apply to all destinations we ship to, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more. See a full list of countries we do not ship to here. Shipping times generally range from 5–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal carriers.

🔁 Return Shipping Labels
Most countries will receive a prepaid return label inside the kit or via online request for sending your swab sample back to our lab. However, some countries are ineligible due to courier restrictions, customs regulations, or limited service availability.

If your country is ineligible for a prepaid return label:
- You will need to arrange your own return shipping.
- If you request a label, we will notify you by email if your country falls into this category.
- We will provide instructions for safely returning your sample using your local carrier.
- If you’d like to double-check before ordering, email us anytime at support@selfdecode.com.

Important Shipping Update: Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Mexico
We have received a notification from FedEx that shipments to Mexico are temporarily suspended due to issues with their final mile provider, Mexico DDP. As a result, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to Mexico.
At this time, FedEx has not provided a specific timeline for when services will resume. We will continue to monitor the situation and share updates as they become available.
