How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate based on how many DNA kits you order, and delivery generally takes 5–14 business days. Your final shipping cost is always confirmed at checkout.

All rates are in USD:
- 1 kit: $20
- 2 kits: $30
- 3 kits: $40
- 4+ kits: calculated at checkout
These flat rates apply to all destinations we ship to, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more. See the list of countries we do not ship to. Shipping times depend on your location and local postal carriers. We do not offer expedited shipping and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Return shipping labels
US customers receive a prepaid return label inside the kit for sending their swab sample back to our lab.
Non-US customers can request a prepaid return label online — follow these instructions to request your prepaid return label.
Some countries are not eligible for prepaid return labels due to courier restrictions, customs regulations, or limited service availability. View the list of ineligible countries.
If your country is not eligible for a prepaid return label
- You'll arrange your own return shipping.
- If you request a label, we'll notify you by email if your country isn't eligible.
- We'll provide instructions for safely returning your sample using your local carrier.
