Why do I need a subscription?
We offer a subscription model because we add brand-new personalized content to your account regularly in the form of new Health Reports. The subscription fee also covers the regular updates that we make to ensure accuracy and improve our models as new research comes out.
Of course, we understand that subscriptions aren't for everyone, so you can cancel your subscription at any time if you do not want it to renew! Simply email support@selfdecode.com and we'll assist you with setting your subscription to non-renewal. You'll still have access through your cancelation date (1 year from the date of your sign-up).
