Why do I need a subscription?
We offer a subscription model because we are always adding new content and features — SelfDecode is not a one-and-done report or service!
We regularly add new report topics, update current reports, and refine your personalized content. Your subscription fee also covers the updates we make to ensure accuracy and improve our models as new research comes out.
At SelfDecode, we understand that DNA is only one part of the puzzle, so we also encourage you to upload recent labs every few months, and retake your Lifestyle Assessments, so you can see the real progress you're making as you implement your favorite recommendations.
Of course, we understand that subscriptions aren't for everyone, so you can cancel your subscription at any time if you do not want it to renew. Please note that all subscriptions are automatically set to auto-renewal upon sign up. This is to ensure uninterrupted service to our customers.
To cancel auto-renewals, simply follow these instructions for setting your subscription to non-renewal, or email support@selfdecode.com and we'll assist you. You'll still have access through your cancelation date (1 year from the date of your sign-up or most recent renewal date).
