How to Cancel Your SelfDecode Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will stop renewing at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access to your account and reports until then.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in and go to your Account Overview page: selfdecode.com/app/account#overview

   (You can also get here by selecting the profile icon in the navigation menu, then selecting "My Account.")

2. Select Plans from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Enter your login credentials when prompted.
5. Choose the reason you're canceling, then click Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm that you acknowledge the cancellation conditions.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription will be set to non-renewal—you will not be charged for your next renewal.
• You'll keep access to your account and reports until the end of your current subscription period.
• If you'd prefer to close your account immediately, email support@selfdecode.com.

Refund Policy

Auto-renewal charges on subscriptions are non-refundable. We're unable to make exceptions to this policy.
