How to cancel your subscription​

We’re sorry to see you go! If pricing or anything else is holding you back from getting the most out of SelfDecode, please reach out to us at support@selfdecode.com—we’d love to work with you to find a solution. Our goal is to ensure you’re getting all the value SelfDecode has to offer! 🙌

If you'd still like to cancel, here are the instructions:

1. Please log in and visit https://selfdecode.com/app/account#overview

You can also access this page by selecting the profile icon on the navigation menu, and selecting "My Account"

2. Then select  Plans from the sidebar on the left-hand side

  1. Select Manage Subscription
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Choose the reason that you are cancelling and click Cancel Subscription.

  1. Confirm that you acknowledge the following conditions of your cancellation:

This will set your subscription to non-renewal, meaning you will not be charged for your next renewal. You will maintain access to your account and reports until the end of your subscription period.  

If you would prefer to close your account immediately, email support@selfdecode.com.

Please note that auto-renewals on subscriptions are non-refundable. We cannot make any exceptions.
