How to cancel your SelfDecode Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will simply not renew at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access to your account and reports until the expiry date.

Steps to cancel your subscription

1. Log in and go to your Account Overview page: selfdecode.com/app/account#overview.

   (You can also get here by selecting the profile icon in the navigation menu, then selecting "My Account.")

2. Select Plans from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select Manage Subscription.
4. Enter your login credentials when prompted.
5. Choose the reason you're canceling, then click Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm that you acknowledge the cancellation conditions.

What happens after cancellation

• Your subscription will be set to non-renewal — you won't be charged for your next renewal.
• You'll keep access to your account and reports until the end of your current subscription period.
• If you'd prefer to close your account or delete your data immediately, just ask and we'll take care of it.

Refund policy

Auto-renewal charges on subscriptions are non-refundable.
