Family Plan bundles
All Family Plan bundles include 3 DNA kits and 3 individual member profiles under one shared account.
- Essential: 3 member profiles. Includes all standard SelfDecode Health Reports and features. No add-on reports included.
- Essential+: 3 member profiles. Includes everything in the Essential Bundle, plus these add-on reports for each member: Pathway Reports (Methylation, Detox, Histamine, etc.), 130+ Condition Reports, and the Longevity Screener.
- Ultimate: 3 member profiles. Includes everything in Essential+, plus these additional reports for each member: Medication Check (PGx), Family Planning (Carrier Status), and Ancestry.

All Family Plans are billed as annual subscriptions and renew automatically each year. If you would prefer not to renew, simply update your settings to cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date.
