The SelfDecode Family Plan gives 3 or more household members their own personalized DNA health reports and recommendations under one shared account. It is the easiest way to make health personal for everyone in your family.

Your health is unique, and your family's is too. What works for one person may not work for another. With the Family Plan, you get everything you need to help your family thrive — whether your goals are to eat healthier, reduce stress, lose weight, or boost energy.

Family Plan bundles

All Family Plan bundles include 3 DNA kits and 3 individual member profiles under one shared account.

Essential: 3 member profiles. Includes all standard SelfDecode Health Reports and features. No add-on reports included.
Essential+: 3 member profiles. Includes everything in the Essential Bundle, plus these add-on reports for each member: Pathway Reports (Methylation, Detox, Histamine, etc.), 130+ Condition Reports, and the Longevity Screener.
Ultimate: 3 member profiles. Includes everything in Essential+, plus these additional reports for each member: Medication Check (PGx), Family Planning (Carrier Status), and Ancestry.

All Family Plans are billed as annual subscriptions and renew automatically each year. If you would prefer not to renew, simply update your settings to cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date.

Family Plan vs. buying separate bundles

If you want everyone managed together, choose the Family Plan: one shared account, one subscription, one login, with a separate profile for each member. If you'd rather each person had their own independent account and login, buy separate bundles instead — each comes with its own kit and subscription, and they can still be shipped to one address.

Who can see whose results?

A Family Plan is one shared account, so anyone signing in can see every member's profile and results. If members need their results kept private from each other, separate accounts are the better fit.

Lab Analyzer and Family Plans

Every Family Plan includes the Lab Analyzer for each member, so everyone can upload and interpret their lab results. What isn't available as a Family Plan is the standalone Lab Analyzer subscription — the labs-only plan that doesn't include DNA testing. Family Plans always include a DNA kit per member. If you want lab analysis for several people without DNA kits, email support@selfdecode.com and we'll talk through the options.
