If you're having trouble logging in to SelfDecode, here's how to troubleshoot the most common issues.

"Account Inactive: This account is inactive"

If you see this message and can't log in, please email our support team at support@selfdecode.com. We'll review your account and help you regain access as quickly as possible.

"Wrong Username or Password"

If you know you have an active SelfDecode account but are receiving this error, first double-check where you're logging in. Make sure you're logging in at:

https://selfdecode.com/app/dashboard-v2/

You might be trying to log in through our Report Shop, which is a different part of the site and uses separate access credentials.
