Where did my SelfDecode results go?

If you can't find your SelfDecode results, it's most likely because your data hasn't been transferred to our new software yet. Results from some older accounts may still need to be migrated. Here's how to get yours back.

If You Uploaded Your Own DNA File

If you previously uploaded a DNA file from another source (like 23andMe or AncestryDNA), you can simply re-upload it to SelfDecode. Follow the instructions in How to upload your DNA file to SelfDecode.

If Your DNA Test Was Done Through SelfDecode

If your DNA was analyzed directly by SelfDecode (you purchased a DNA kit from us), email us at support@selfdecode.com and we'll transfer your data to the new site.
