How long do DNA results take?
We understand how eager you are to receive your DNA results — and we’ve worked hard to improve turnaround times.
Once your sample arrives at our lab, results are now typically ready within 2–3 weeks. In the past, processing often took 6–8 weeks, so most customers now receive their results significantly faster.
That said, processing times can occasionally take longer. During periods of high volume, holidays, or other unforeseen delays, results may still take up to 6–8 weeks.
As soon as your results are ready, you’ll receive an email notification, and you’ll be able to log in and begin exploring your reports right away.
While You’re Waiting
To get the most out of your results once they’re available, we recommend:
- Uploading any existing lab work
- Completing your questionnaires
- Filling out your Lifestyle Assessments
This helps us build a more complete health profile, so your insights and recommendations are ready as soon as your DNA results are released.
Note: You can figure out the date we received your sample by checking the tracking number of your return package on the courier's website.
