If you clicked "Download" and nothing happened, here are a few quick things to try:

Use a computer or laptop

Downloading PDFs works best on a desktop or laptop browser. Mobile devices may block or interrupt downloads.

Allow pop-ups in your browser

Some reports open in a new tab as a PDF. Make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for the SelfDecode website.

  • Look for a small alert in your address bar
  • Click it to allow pop-ups for this site
