How to Allow Pop-Ups in Your Browser
To download PDFs of your SelfDecode reports, you'll need pop-ups enabled in your browser. Follow the steps below for Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge on desktop and mobile.
Google Chrome
By default, Chrome blocks pop-ups. When one is blocked, you'll see "Pop-ups blocked" marked in the address bar.

Click the pop-ups blocked icon and select "always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://selfdecode.com," or adjust this in your browser settings.

Mobile
- Open the Chrome app and tap the three-dot menu in the bottom or top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Site settings.
- Tap Pop-ups and redirects and toggle the switch to Allow.
Desktop
- Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings.
- Under Content, click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Toggle the switch to Allow sites to send pop-ups and use redirects, or click Add and enter

Safari
Mobile (iPhone/iPad)
- Go to Settings > Apps > Safari.
- Turn Block Pop-ups off.
Mac
- Open Safari.
- Choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.
- In the Websites tab, configure options to allow or block some or all pop-ups.
Microsoft Edge
Mobile
- Open the Edge app and tap the three-dot menu at the bottom.
- Tap Settings > Privacy and security > Site permissions.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects and toggle the switch to Allow.
Desktop
- Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
- Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects.
- Toggle the switch to Allow, or click Add to specify
