Allowing pop-ups in your browser

Our PDF download feature requires pop-ups to be enabled in your browser to function seamlessly. Follow the steps below to enable pop-ups in the most common browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge on both desktop and mobile versions.

Google Chrome

By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will be marked Pop-up blocked
