How to Allow Pop-Ups in Your Browser

To download PDFs of your SelfDecode reports, pop-ups must be enabled in your browser. Follow the steps below for Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge on both desktop and mobile.

Google Chrome

By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups. When a pop-up is blocked, you'll see "Pop-ups blocked" marked in the address bar.
