Reports typically take a few hours to generate due to the extensive data analysis involved, but they should not take longer than 24 hours.
Generation vs. Downloading
- Generation is a one-time process that creates your report based on your genetic data.
- Once generated, your report will be available for instant download and viewing indefinitely.
If your report has been pending for more than 24 hours, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
