How to order Medical or Longevity Screener Reports for a client
Continue reading for step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly order a Medical Report or Longevity Screener report for your clients with ease.
Note: The instructions will differ based on whether you already have a client account or not, and the type of professional subscription you are on. Scroll down to see the instructions suited for you.

1. Have A Client Account; Pro Free and Pro Paid Subscription

How to Order:
- Log in to your professional account.
- Select a client profile.
Go to DNA PLUS > Select Medical Report or Longevity Screener.
Scroll down the page to select the plan you are interested in ordering.
A SelfDecode DNA kit is required to interpret the Longevity Screener results. If your client does not have a SelfDecode DNA kit, we will automatically display the option that includes a SelfDecode DNA kit with the price adjusted to include the cost of the kit.
- If you have a credit card on file, your payment details will be automatically populated at checkout. If you would prefer to pay with a different payment method, you may choose a new form of payment at checkout.
- Once you have made an order. Go to DNA Plus > Medical Reports. Click on GENERATE ALL to populate the most up-to-date Medical Reports on your client's profile.
B. Do Not Have A Client Account; Pro Free Subscription
Applicable for this professional subscription: Pro Free
Simply register a DNA kit for your client and order the Longevity Screener report for your clients at checkout.
For new clients, you may only purchase the Longevity Screener Bundle at checkout. We can not support the purchase of a Medical Report only in this purchase flow. For further assistance, contact support@selfdecode.com
How to Order:
- Log in to your professional account.
- Select ADD CLIENT
- Select REGISTER
Select any of the options below.
Note: Only plans with a SelfDecode DNA Kit can be purchased with the Longevity Screener Bundle in the next step.
- Once you've selected a plan, add the Longevity Screener Bundle to your order by selecting ADD TO MY ORDER.
- Complete the required fields at checkout to place your order. Once the DNA results are processed, the Longevity Screener and Medical Report results will be available.
C. Do Not Have A Client Account; Pro Paid Subscription

How to Order:
- Log in to your professional account.
- Select ADD CLIENT
- Select CREATE
- Fill in the required fields to create a client profile.
- Once a client profile has been created, go back to your dashboard and select the newly created client profile
Go to DNA PLUS > Select Medical Reports of Longevity Screener.
Scroll down the page to select the plan you are interested in ordering.
- Once you have made an order. Go to DNA Plus > Medical Reports. Click on GENERATE ALL to populate the most up-to-date Medical Reports on your client's profile.
How long will it take to generate the results?
This depends on which report you order, and whether your client has a SelfDecode DNA kit or not. Please see the below table for details.
