What happens if I order a kit outside the US and it gets stuck at customs?

On occasion, a DNA kit package may be held at customs. 

If the package requires a manufacturer’s declaration or commercial invoice, or you are not sure what is needed, please email support@selfdecode.com and we will assist.

If duties and taxes must be paid, you are responsible for covering this cost.
