Do clients have access to the Medical Reports?

When you register for a client, every plan encompasses comprehensive access to over 600 health reports along with a one-year subscription to SelfDecode. Medical reports are currently accessible on your practitioner portal at no extra charge.

Conversely, when extending an invitation to your clients to view their results, they will not gain access to the medical reports.

These reports become accessible to them after purchasing the add-on for $199. They'll also have the opportunity to complete a 1:1 consultation with a licensed genetic counsellor from SelfDecode. The consult is not mandatory.

Recognizing that not all practitioners may feel equipped to interpret medical reports with their clients, we have licensed genetic consultants in-house to bear the responsibility of this task.
