That's okay, it happens! If you forgot to register your test kit before shipping it back to our lab, you can still register your kit. If you know the barcode, you can visit selfdecode.com/register and register the kit yourself.

If you don't know the barcode or are having difficulty registering the kit, please send an email to support@selfdecode.com. We can locate your barcode and register the kit for you.
