Quick Start Step 1: Getting Started
Getting started with SelfDecode is easy—choose your membership, complete checkout, create your profile, and you'll be on your way to personalized health insights.
Choose Your Bundle
- Head to our SelfDecode homepage and select Get Started, or scroll down to explore membership options.
- Choose a bundle that fits your needs. We have a comparison guide to help you choose.
Complete Your Order
- Complete checkout.
- If you ordered a SelfDecode DNA kit, enter your country and state/province first so we can calculate shipping costs. You'll enter your full shipping address after checkout.
Note: All SelfDecode subscriptions auto-renew annually to ensure you have uninterrupted access to your health insights. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your account settings or contact support@selfdecode.com for help.
Set Up Your Profile
After checkout, complete a few more steps to access your dashboard:

Create your profile using the details of the person taking the DNA test or whose DNA file you'll be uploading.

If you ordered a DNA kit, enter your full shipping address and phone number.

- Double-check that all information is correct—we may not be able to update your shipping address in time if there are errors.
- Select Proceed.
What Happens Next
You'll receive a confirmation email for your purchase. If you ordered a DNA kit, you'll also get a shipping email with tracking information when your kit ships (usually within a week).

This brief questionnaire (takes just a few minutes) personalizes your results and recommendations to match your individual health needs. You can update your answers anytime.
Congrats! You're ready to move on to Quick Start Step 2.
