Do you offer Lifetime Access?

SelfDecode does not offer Lifetime Access. All new accounts use an annual subscription that renews automatically, so you keep uninterrupted access to your health reports and platform features.

How do SelfDecode subscriptions work?

Your SelfDecode subscription renews each year so you always have access to your account, reports, and new features. Your subscription gives you ongoing access to:

  • 1,500+ DNA-based Health Reports with personalized insights
  • Actionable lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement recommendations
  • The ability to upload and track lab results over time
  • Lifestyle Assessments you can revisit as your health changes
  • New reports, tools, and platform improvements as they're released

Health optimization isn't a one-time event—your biology, environment, and labs change over time. SelfDecode is a living, evolving platform that continuously adds new research, so your insights stay current without you having to repurchase access each time something new is added.

Managing your subscription

You're always in control:

  • Turn off auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date.
  • Keep your access through the end of your paid term.
  • Cancel early with no penalties.

Important: Once a renewal has processed, it is non-refundable. If you don't want to be charged for another year, cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date.

Previously purchased Lifetime Access?

If you purchased Lifetime Access in the past and you're running into any of the following, we can help:

  • You can't view your Health Reports
  • You're being prompted to purchase a DNA kit again
