Sending your DNA sample back to us from Australia is easy! Typically, it takes 10–15 business days for your shipment to reach our lab in the UK. We provide everything you need, including a pre-paid return label so you don’t have to worry about postage.

How to Request Your Pre-Paid Return Label

Once your sample is ready, you can request your return label. We’ll email it to you within 3–5 business days.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Returning Your Sample

  1. Collect your sample following the instructions provided in your kit.
  2. Place the sample inside the biohazard bag.
  3. Put the bag inside the SelfDecode box.
  4. Seal the box in the provided return envelope.
  5. Schedule a pickup with the courier, or drop off your package at a courier location.
