Advanced Options for ChatGPT and Claude Integration - PromicsEdge

NOTE: PromicsEdge now has a HIPAA compliant in-house AI assistant. Click here for more information.

PromicsEdge lets you manage your entire practice from a single AI chat interface. Using the external AI integration with Claude or ChatGPT, you can onboard clients, order reports, analyze labs, run lifestyle assessments, and build action plans — all within one conversation.

What you can do in the AI chat

  • Pull up a client profile and review their health data.
  • Complete client onboarding — goals, symptoms, conditions, medications, and dietary preferences.
  • Run lifestyle assessments conversationally (the AI walks through questions and saves results automatically).
  • Upload and analyze lab results, mapped directly to the client's profile.
  • Get a combined genetics and labs analysis with a personalized action plan.
  • Unlock additional reports for a client and generate a checkout link — without leaving the chat.

How it works

Connect your PromicsEdge account to Claude or ChatGPT via the AI integration. Once connected, the AI can read and write to your client profiles directly.

You can set your preferred interaction style, and the AI tailors its analysis accordingly. It takes you through the entire client onboarding journey, suggests next steps, and draws on each client's full data set to generate advanced insights — all in a single, unified, conversational experience.

A note on data privacy

If you are concerned about sharing client data with third-party AI tools, you have two options:

  • Use AI Hyperintelligence — the native, HIPAA compliant AI assistant built directly into your PromicsEdge dashboard, which offers similar functionality without sending data to third-party providers.
  • Anonymize client profiles — use dummy names and personal details so no identifying information is shared alongside sensitive health data.
