What Is AI Hyperintelligence?

AI Hyperintelligence is an AI assistant built directly into your PromicsEdge dashboard. It lets you manage clients through a chat interface instead of navigating the dashboard manually. You can onboard clients, review genetics and lab results, unlock and pull reports, complete Lifestyle Assessments, and build client regimens — all by chatting with the assistant.

Each client has their own dedicated AI workspace, and past conversations are saved to the sidebar so you can pick up where you left off.

AI Hyperintelligence runs inside our own HIPAA-compliant system, so there's no need to use an external AI tool or move client data between platforms.

How To Use AI Hyperintelligence

Onboard a New Client

When you start a conversation with a new client selected, the assistant walks you through onboarding by asking for:

Health goals
Existing health issues or concerns
Current OTC or prescription medications
Dietary type and other relevant constraints or habits

Once you provide this information, it's saved to the client's profile. From there, you can ask the assistant to run a full analysis of the client's data, which returns an overview, identifies weak spots, and highlights the most relevant findings.

Work With Reports

You can ask the assistant to pull, analyze, or download any report for a client — for example, "analyze the fatigue summary report" or "download the Male Hormones Pathway report." If a requested report is locked, the assistant will find it, provide a direct checkout link, and pull the analysis as soon as it's unlocked.

Generate Custom PDF Reports

AI Hyperintelligence can generate polished, client-ready PDF reports in minutes, combining exactly the information you want into a single document instead of requiring you to pull it manually from multiple reports. A custom report can include:

Genetic findings for selected health areas with interpretation
Relevant symptoms, conditions, and health goals
Lab markers and lifestyle risks with interpretation
Complete protocols and regimens with explanations

Every report is generated specifically for the client based on their own data, so no two reports look the same.

There are a few ways to build one:

By health area — ask for a report covering specific areas, such as methylation, brain chemistry, or blood sugar control.
By symptom or goal — start from a client's symptoms or goals (for example, migraines and poor sleep), and the assistant identifies the most relevant genetic findings before building the report around them.
By existing data analysis — ask the assistant to review all available data for a client — labs and lifestyle information — to determine the highest-priority findings and automatically generate a personalized consultation report.

Upload and Analyze Labs

You can upload a client's lab results file directly in the chat. The assistant extracts the results, saves them to the client's profile, and analyzes them alongside the client's genetics and lifestyle data. If a marker requires additional information the file doesn't include, the assistant will flag this and work with you to fill the gap.

Build and Update Regimens

Ask the assistant to build or update a client's regimen at any point. It generates supplement, diet, and lifestyle recommendations with an explanation for each item, based on the client's genetics, stated goals, lab results (if uploaded), and lifestyle data. If you update any of that underlying data — for example, after uploading new labs — you can ask the assistant to update the regimen accordingly.

Complete Lifestyle Assessments

Instead of navigating to the Lifestyle Assessments section of the dashboard, you can complete them directly in the chat. The assistant asks each question and offers answer options; short responses like "yes," "no," or "not sure" are enough. If a question has already been answered elsewhere in the client's profile, the assistant skips it automatically.

AI Hyperintelligence Pricing & Technical Details

AI Hyperintelligence currently runs on Claude's model Sonnet 5. However, unlike the external AI integration (MCP), you are not sharing client data with Claude or any other 3rd parties when using it. This also means that we have to pay for using their model in-house.

Pricing is usage-based. Once you've spent the free trial credits, you can refill for $200. You get to spend the credits for all clients, and they are not time-limited.
