PromicsEdge integrates with ChatGPT and Claude through MCP (Model Context Protocol), giving these AI assistants direct access to your clients' profiles — genetic data, health reports, and lifestyle information — for personalized health insights. AI Hyperintelligence is the AI health coach that answers your prompts using this data.

Requirements

To use this feature you need:

An active PromicsEdge account
A paid subscription to the AI assistant you want to connect (ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro)

Is My Clients' Data Safe?

Important: You could be violating HIPAA if you use the integration for a client without fully de-identifying their information. Consider using our HIPAA compliant AI Hyperintelligence instead.

The MCP integration creates a secure, direct connection between your PromicsEdge account and your chosen AI assistant. Data sharing requires your explicit permission, and is limited to:

The active session only
The specific client in question
Only the data required to answer your prompts

Additional privacy options:

Use coded names (aliases) for clients for added protection
Hide birthdays and emails so the data is fully de-identified
Review and adjust data-sharing settings in your ChatGPT or Claude account before connecting
Disconnect the integration at any time

Pricing

Starting August 2026, the following price for the external AI integration applies:

$49 / client / quarter

For example, if you are using it for three clients, you will be paying $147 per quarter. Importantly, you are not charged for all clients on your pro dashboard by default. You approve and purchase the integration for each client individually.

ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro is a third-party cost set by OpenAI or Anthropic and is not controlled by PromicsEdge.

Concerned the price is adding up too quickly with many clients? Consider switching to our in-house, HIPAA compliant AI Hyperintelligence. It's usage-based and applies to all clients.

Tracking Your Access

Unfortunately, you can't track your access to the external AI integration on your PromicsEdge dashboard. We had to remove that option because people were confusing it with our AI Hyperintelligence.

Your AI chatbot (ChatGPT or Claude) will tell you if you need to unlock or extend the access for a specific client and provide a direct checkout link.
