How to delete a lab test result

You can remove lab test results from your account in two ways: archive them (to temporarily hide) or permanently delete them.

Archive a lab result

To temporarily hide a result:

1. From your dashboard, go to the My Lab Results page.
2. Find the result you want to remove and click the trash button on the right.
3. Click Archive to confirm.

Your result will move from the Active tab to the Archived tab.

Permanently delete a lab result

To permanently remove a result:

1. Click the Archived tab.
2. Find the result you want to delete and click the trash button on the right.
3. Click Delete to confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Restore an archived result

Changed your mind? Click the undo button and choose un-archive to restore your result to the Active tab.
