Can I sign up or login with my Google account?

The main SelfDecode website doesn't currently support signing up or logging in with a Google account or other third-party services like Facebook or Apple. You'll use your email address and a password instead.

Report Shop customers: if you bought a DNA kit or individual reports without a subscription, your account lives on the Report Shop, which does offer Google sign-in — log in at https://selfdecode.com/shop.

How do I get a SelfDecode account?

Your SelfDecode account is created for you when you buy a kit, a report or a subscription. There's no separate sign-up step, and an account can't be created without a purchase.

So if you've already bought something, you already have an account — log in with the email address you used at checkout. If you didn't create a password during checkout, select Forgot Password? on the login page to set one for that same email address.
