How to update your personal details

You can update most of your personal details directly from your SelfDecode account settings.

Update your personal (profile) information

To change your ethnicity, birth sex, birth date, or age, email support@selfdecode.com. Our support team will be happy to update your SelfDecode profile for you.

Update your weight

To update your weight, edit your answers in your Health Basics Questionnaire. You can update this information anytime.
