What DNA file did I upload?

You can see which DNA file you uploaded by downloading it from your account page. Here's how:

Check your uploaded DNA file

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your Account page.
  3. Click Download next to You have an active DNA file.

Download file option on My Account page

Once downloaded, open the file to see which one it is.

Upload a different file

If you uploaded the wrong file and want to swap it for a different one, please note that fees may apply because of our file processing and report generation costs. Email support@selfdecode.com and we'll be happy to help.
