What DNA File Did I Upload?

You can check what DNA file you uploaded to your SelfDecode account by downloading it from your account page. Here's how:

Check Your Uploaded DNA File

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to your Account page
  3. Click Download next to You have an active DNA file

Download file option on My Account page

You can then open the file and see what it is.

Upload a Different File

If you uploaded the wrong file and want to upload a different one instead, please note that fees may apply due to our file processing and report generation costs. Contact support@selfdecode.com for assistance.
