Relocation of our Denmark DNA Testing Laboratory

If you or your clients send DNA samples for processing from within the EU, please read the details below to ensure they arrive at the correct address on time.

Our Denmark lab began accepting samples at its new location:

The last day for accepting samples at the old Denmark address is May 15, 2025. After this date, the premises will be handed over to new tenants, and sample pick-up will no longer be possible.

Key Notes for Sample Returns

• Only the EU-based lab is relocating. There is no change for customers returning samples from outside the EU.
• Customers within the EU must now use the new Galten address listed above.
• Customers using a return label provided by us should check that it shows the new Galten address. If your label was issued before this change, it may still show the old address. Please contact us if you're unsure.

• Customers outside the EU (e.g., UK, Australia) should continue sending their samples to the existing UK address:

• Customers in the US must use their prepaid return label included inside their kit to return their sample to our US lab. 

For Those Arranging Their Own Shipments

Please take extra care to update shipping records and instructions before May 15. Shipments sent to the old Denmark address after this date may not be received, and replacements will need to be purchased.
