How to Ship Your DNA Kit from Mexico
Important Shipping Update: Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Mexico
We have received a notification from FedEx that shipments to Mexico are temporarily suspended due to issues with their final mile provider, Mexico DDP. As a result, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to Mexico.
At this time, FedEx has not provided a specific timeline for when services will resume. We will continue to monitor the situation and share updates as they become available.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
If you are returning your kit from Mexico, we cannot provide prepaid return labels. Customers in Mexico must arrange their own shipping for kit returns.

Here are the steps to follow to ship your kit to our US lab:
1. Once you have collected your sample, place your sample in the clear zip-top bag.
2. Put the clear zip-top bag containing the sample into the SelfDecode box.
3. Put the entire box in the return envelope and seal the envelope.
4. Schedule a pickup, or drop your sample off at a courier of your choice.
We recommend that you select the tracking option offered by the courier. Please be sure to record your tracking number as well, and hold onto it until you receive your results.
