How to Create Your Action Plan

Your Action Plan lets you organize and track personalized recommendations based on your DNA, labs, and lifestyle. Here's how to build it.

Creating Your Action Plan from the Recommendations Page

You can add recommendations directly from your Recommendations Page.

  1. Visit the Recommendations Page
  2. On this page, you'll see your top recommendations based on your unique DNA, labs, lifestyle, and any symptoms, conditions, or goals you've reported
  3. Click on a recommendation to discover what areas it addresses
  4. Add your favorite recommendations to your Action Plan by selecting the + sign on the right

Accessing Your Action Plan

Once you've added recommendations, access your plan on the Action Plan from the navigation menu.

Customizing Your Plan

To see all recommendations you've added:

  1. Select Whole Week to view everything
  2. For each recommendation, you can:
    • Modify the duration and dosage to suit your needs
    • Choose which days of the week to implement it
    • Add personal notes by selecting the blue box with the + sign

Click on any day of the week to see a detailed breakdown of your Action Plan for that day.
