How to create your Action Plan

Creating your Action Plan from the Recommendations Page

You can add recommendations directly from your personalized Recommendations Page! Here are the instructions:

  1. Select Recommendations from the navigation menu.
  2. On this page, you will see the top recommendations based on your unique DNA, Labs & Lifestyle. Any Symptoms, Conditions & Goals you have reported are also taken into account.
  3. Discover what areas each recommendation addresses by clicking on it.

  1. Add your favorite recommendations to your client's Action Plan by selecting the + sign on the right:

Accessing your Action plan

Once you've added recommendations, you can access your Action Plan by:

  1. Selecting Recommendations > Action Plan from the navigation panel:
  2. To see all of the recommendations you have added so far, select Whole Week:

  1. Select your preferred details for each recommendation.
    1. You can modify the duration and dosage of each lifestyle or supplement recommendation to suit your needs.
    2. You can also select the days of the week you want to implement that particular recommendation.
    3. Add notes to each recommendation by selecting the blue box with the + sign inside.

  1. Once you are happy with your selections, you can click on each individual day of the week to see a detailed breakdown of your Action Plan for that day:
