How to change the email address on your account

You can change your email address directly from your SelfDecode account using this link: 👉 https://selfdecode.com/app/account#account-settings

If you’d prefer to navigate there manually, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your SelfDecode account.
  2. Hover over the icon that looks like a little person at the top right of the screen and select My Account.

  1. Select Account Settings from the sidebar on the left.

  1. Enter the new email address and your password. Click Change Email.

Please note that you will not be able to change the email address to an email address that already exists in our system. This will need to be an email address that you have never used for a SelfDecode account before.

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Please check your inbox and verify the change by selecting Verify Email:
