How to change the email address on your account

You can change your email address directly from your SelfDecode account. Here are two ways to do it.

Quick Method

Go straight to your Account Settings page to change your email address right away.

Manual Steps

If you prefer to navigate there step-by-step, follow these instructions:

1. Log into your SelfDecode account.
2. Select the profile icon on the navigation menu, then select My Account.

3. Select Account Settings from the sidebar on the left.
4. Enter your new email address and your password, then click Change Email.

5. Check the inbox of your new email address for a confirmation email, then click Verify Email to confirm the change.

Important Notes

Remember: You can only change your email to an address that isn't already associated with a SelfDecode account. The new email must be one you've never used for a SelfDecode account before.
