You can download your Nebula DNA file by logging into your Nebula account and selecting the download option. Here's how:

Steps to Download Your File

  1. Log in to your Nebula account on the Nebula Genomics website
  2. Click Download your data in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Select Download under the VCF file
  4. The file will download to your computer

Troubleshooting: Opening .vcf Files

If your computer tries to open the .vcf file with your contacts app, you can change this setting by:

  1. Right-click on the .vcf file and select Get Info
  2. Under Open With, select a different application such as a text editor or spreadsheet program
  3. Click Change All to apply the new setting to all .vcf files
