How to download your DNA file from Nebula

To download your Nebula DNA file, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Nebula account on the Nebula Genomics website.
  2. Click on the "Download your data" option in the top right hand corner of the screen

If you are having trouble opening the .vcf file, it is possible that your computer's settings are set to open that file type with your contact application. To change this, you can try the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the .vcf file and select "Get Info".
  2. Under "Open With", select a different application, such as a text editor or spreadsheet program.
  3. Click "Change All" to apply the new settings to all files with the same extension.
