How to create a gene pack

Gene packs let you save groups of related genes and SNPs in one convenient place. This makes it easy to organize and find genes you want to explore together.

Create a Gene Pack

1. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a gene, SNP, or health topic you're interested in.
2. Click on the gene or SNP name (shown in blue) to open its database page.
3. On the database page, click the layered icon to add the gene to a gene pack.
4. A modal will open allowing you to create a new gene pack. Name your pack and add a description, then click Add to pack.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 to add more genes to your pack.

Find Your Gene Packs

To access your gene packs, navigate to SNPs & Genes from the Account dropdown menu at the top of the screen, or go directly to the SNPs & Genes page.
