Do Lab Shop orders expire?

Yes, lab orders expire six months from the date they were generated. If you do not use your lab order within this time period, it will expire, resulting in a $20 reactivation fee if you wish to reinstate your order.

If the cost of the test has increased by Quest, you will be required to pay the difference.

In the unlikely event that the cost of the test has decreased, a refund will not be issued.
