I can't give blood from my arm

Phlebotomists can draw patients' blood through their ankles with a butterfly stick as long as it is not a femoral stick (injection of the upper thigh groin area that only a doctor can perform). Please reach out by phone to the Patient Service Center you are planning on visiting to confirm that they will be able to perform an alternate draw.
