What file formats do you accept?
SelfDecode supports most standard raw DNA file formats, including:
- .txt
- .csv
- .zip
- .gz
For Dante Labs and Nebula Genomics, and other WGS files, we typically support the [SNP] VCF file format.
Important Compatibility Notes
File format alone does not guarantee compatibility. DNA files can vary based on:
- Testing company
- Chip version
- Data structure and content
