Why aren't my reports generating?

Reports usually take a few hours to generate and should not take longer than 24 hours. If it's taking longer than expected or you see an error message, email support@selfdecode.com and we'll be happy to help.

How Report Generation Works

Generation vs. Downloading

  • Generation: a one-time process that creates your report based on your genetic data.
  • Downloading: once generated, your report is available for instant download and viewing indefinitely.

If Your Report Is Taking Longer

If your report has been pending for more than 24 hours, reach out to Customer Support and we'll look into it for you.
