Why aren't my reports generating?

Reports typically take a few hours to generate, but should not take longer than 24 hours.

If it seems like it's taking longer than expected or if you see an error message, please email support@selfdecode.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

How Report Generation Works

Generation vs. Downloading

  • Generation: A one-time process that creates your report based on your genetic data.
  • Downloading: Once generated, your report is available for instant download and viewing indefinitely.

If Your Report is Taking Longer

If your report has been pending for more than 24 hours, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
