Can I upload another DNA file while I wait for my SelfDecode results?

No, while your SelfDecode DNA test is processing, you can't upload a DNA file from another service. Each SelfDecode account can only store one DNA file at a time. We need to keep that space reserved so your test data can be uploaded and processed without any issues, and uploading another file during this time could interfere with the delivery of your results.

Results take 2–3 weeks from the time your sample is delivered to our lab. Once your SelfDecode DNA results are fully uploaded and available in your account, we'll notify you by email.

Even though your DNA results are still processing, there's plenty you can do to get a head start and make the most of your account:

Upload blood tests, hormone panels, nutrient labs, and other health reports. This lets the platform start integrating your lab data so it's ready to connect with your genetic insights once your DNA results are available.
