Questions & Answers

Q: Where can I see the reports offered in each bundle?

A: HERE you can see all the reports and their samples. They are grouped into bundles and organized in the same way as your client creation checkout.

Q: I have free client credits — how can I use them now?

A: You will receive equal-value discount codes, either automatically applied to your checkout or or sent to your email. Old client profiles consisted of the health bundle and a couple of more items.

If you see a price of $0 for those items on your checkout, it means we auto-applied the discount. If you see a standard price, you should receive an email with an equivalent discount code.

Q: I have a discount code that's not valid anymore — what should I do?

A: We keep track of professionals with special discount codes, and we are planning to send new, equivalent codes to everyone.

Q: How does this affect my existing clients?

A: It doesn't really affect your existing clients. They all maintain access to the same set of reports. You will be able to purchase add-on reports for them individually, or use a great discount to upgrade them to the "ultimate bundle" by clicking on the in-app banner.

Q: I have DNA kits stored at my PromicsEdge account or stocked in my office — does anything change for me?

A: No, everything stays the same when it comes to the kits ordering and registration. You will just see a new checkout when you add the corresponding clients for those kits. You are welcome to keep ordering DNA kits in bulk.

Q: Can I still get volume discounts on DNA kits?

A: Yes! No changes there — feel free to order kits in bulk and save up to 25%.
