The flow is pretty simple and streamlined:

1. You pick sections, text, and topics. Pick as many topics as you want from our database of 1200+ reports. The only sub-reports we can't include are premium clinical reports, pathway reports, and ancestry.
2. You fill this form with a desired structure of your report, descriptions, etc.
3. You choose a pricing option (see below) and I send you a corresponding payment link
4. Once you make a payment, we make your report within several days and set you up with account
5. You order unbranded kits (we can drop-ship them to your clients as you add them or send all kits to your office)
6. Once our lab receives the sample, the report is ready within 2-3 weeks
7. You download the custom-branded PDF report from your account and share with your clients

Pricing:

• $300 per client ($180 report + $120 DNA kit) if you pre-order for at least 5 clients
• $250 per client ($130 report + $120 DNA kit) if you pre-order for at least 10 clients
• $200 per client ($100 report + $100 DNA kit) - no white label - if you pre-order for at least 10 clients

We normally charge $1000 for white-labelling and $1000 for custom report creation but this package includes both at no extra price. We just ask for an advance that will be fully applied to your clients.

BONUS: You will get all other reports that we offer — including the premium ones — for your first 10 clients free of charge.
