How It Works

1. Browse the full report list and select the topics you want included.
2. Fill out the custom report request form with your desired structure, descriptions, and branding details.
3. Review pricing options and receive a payment link.
4. Once payment is received, your report is created within a few business days and your account is set up.
5. Order unbranded kits for your clients — we can drop-ship directly to clients or send a batch to your office.
6. Once our lab receives the DNA sample, the report is ready within 2–3 weeks.
7. Download the custom-branded PDF from your account and share it with your client.
