💰 What discounts are available during Black Friday / Cyber Monday?
We will be offering our best prices on client bundles and premium reports. Discounts vary by product and are automatically applied at checkout.
We're launching the first part of the Black Friday campaign on Tuesday, Nov 4, along with a brand new client creation checkout.

🧬 Do my existing clients get a discount too?
Yes! You can purchase add-on reports for existing clients at discounted prices.
When the campaign starts, you will get an incredible 70% off all add-on reports if you choose to upgrade your client to the "ultimate bundle". Just click on the in-app banner with this offer when you open your client's profile.
📅 When does the Black Friday promotion start and end?
Our sale runs during November, through Cyber Monday. We will roll out other big discounts during November, so stay tuned and keep a close eye on emails from us!
🔒 How do I claim the offers?
No promo codes required! All discounts will be automatically applied once the sale goes live on our website.
🚫 I just bought something before the sale — can I get the Black Friday price?
Promotional pricing only applies to orders placed during the sale period. We cannot offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the promotional period.
📚 Can I buy the discounted bundles for multiple clients in advance?
Yes! In the second part of the campaign, we will provide custom checkout links for you to choose the number of bundles to purchase. Upon purchasing, you will get an appropriate discount code.
📦 Are DNA kits included in the sale?
DNA kits will be included in our promotions! Purchase in bulk or as part of a bundle for the best savings.
🌍 Do you ship DNA kits internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
🧾 Can I combine Black Friday deals with other coupons or offers?
No, Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts can’t be combined with additional promo codes or discounts. The Black Friday prices are already the lowest available, and exclusive to this promotional period.
