Shipping Costs for DNA Test Kits
Our shipping rates for DNA test kits are based on the destination country, and we use standard shipping methods. While most kits are delivered within approximately two weeks after dispatch, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping or specific delivery times.
IMPORTANT: Most of the shipping rates provided below include a pre-paid return shipping label for sending your client's sample back to our lab. However, please note that some countries are ineligible for a pre-paid return label.

We’ve done our best to mark countries that are typically ineligible for a prepaid return shipping label with an asterisk (*). However, due to the ever-changing global shipping landscape, return label availability can still vary. If you're in a location where we’re unable to provide a return label, we’ll notify you and share instructions for returning your sample using a local shipping service.

Important Shipping Update: Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Mexico
We have received a notification from FedEx that shipments to Mexico are temporarily suspended due to issues with their final mile provider, Mexico DDP. As a result, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to Mexico.
At this time, FedEx has not provided a specific timeline for when services will resume. We will continue to monitor the situation and share updates as they become available.
