Which referral method should I use?
This article only pertains to practitioners with prepaid subscriptions such as Pro Starter, Pro Premium, Pro Business, or Lifetime Pro accounts.
Up until now, your go-to method for adding clients is using prepaid client credits and ordering DNA kits directly through your practitioner portal. Now, we've introduced more options in how you can refer clients to SelfDecode.
As you know, Created accounts don't give clients access to their results. So, we've rolled out two new methods for you to add clients, offering more flexibility to connect and share their results.
Affiliate Link: Direct your clients to order through your personalized referral link. They will automatically connect with your account, so you can view their results through your practitioner portal. Bonus! Your clients get 10% off with preferred practitioner pricing and you receive a 25% commission on the sale.

Pay & Connect: Register clients and pay on their behalf. Then, choose to share results (or not). Registering for a client gives you access to practitioner-exclusive rates! You get 10% off with preferred practitioner pricing and a 25% commission in the form of a discount - that's 32.5% off when you register for a client.
Go to Add Client on your dashboard to locate this modal.

Note: Connected accounts are priced slightly higher than Created accounts since individuals have their own accounts with personalized access. However, as a practitioner, you get exclusive discounted rates when ordering for your clients! So, while you're offering them the convenience of their own access, you're also enjoying some sweet savings.
Please note, the renewal fee for clients who were added prior to June 25, 2024 is $99/year
