AI Hyperintelligence Usage Tips & Prompt Guide - PromicsEdge
This guide will show you how to get the best results from AI Hyperintelligence while keeping your credit usage low.
1. Select the Client
Make sure the correct client is selected before you start chatting. Each client has their own dedicated AI workspace and chat memory.

2. Start with our Prompt Library
Before you start prompting on your own, check out our growing AI Prompt Library. It includes tested prompts for common practitioner tasks, so you get a strong answer on the first try instead of burning credits on trial and error.
NOTE: The library includes some advanced prompts that spend more credits but build great, comprehensive reports in one go. If cost reduction is your top priority, stick with basic prompts (see the next point).
3. Start Small, Then Expand
Complex multi-part requests tend to spend more credits. Break them into focused queries instead.
Instead of:
❌ "Analyze my clients genetics, labs, and lifestyle and summarize their results. Give me a full health plan including supplements, diet, lifestyle, labs, fitness, and mental health. Tell me which medication they should avoid. Break down their cardiovascular risks."
Try a sequence:
- "Based on my client's overall health data, what are their top 5 supplement, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations, and why?"
- "Which medications may require caution?"
- "What are the key chronic conditions with a higher risk, and which lifestyle changes should they apply to reduce the risk?"
4. Reference the Source of Information for Precise Answers
Tell AI which report, lab data, or lifestyle data to draw from. Vague prompts (for example, "based on her genetics") can lead to arbitrary data source selection.
✅ "…based on her cardiovascular genetics…"
❌ "…based on her genetics…"
✅ "…based on her relevant lab markers and lifestyle data…"
❌ "…based on her health data…"
Tip: For reliable, predictable responses, reference a specific report (for example, the Gut Health Summary). For a more exploratory response with additional insights, reference a health area (for example, gut health genetics).
5. Start a new chat instead of continuing a long one
Avoid picking back up in a long-running chat thread unless the earlier context is genuinely necessary for your next question. Start a new chat instead when you're moving to a new client, topic, or question.
6. Do some things manually
The biggest perks of AI Hyperintelligence are data synthesis and interpretation. You can use it for pretty much anything else, but there are things you can do manually as well.
For example, don't ask the AI to pull up a large, existing report PDF if you can easily find it yourself. Our new "Reports" interface makes it easy to search and bookmark any report.
If you are comfortable uploading bloodwork and answering intake forms through the dashboard, you could skip AI for that as well.
7. Additional tips
A few more ways to use your AI chat more efficiently and get better results:
- Be specific up front. Specify the details in your first message instead of following up with corrections — this avoids a back-and-forth that eats credits.
- Give the AI only what's missing. If you already know part of the answer, state it in your prompt and ask the AI to fill the gap rather than having it reconstruct context you already have.
- Reuse prompts that worked well. If a particular prompt structure consistently gives you a strong answer, save it and reuse it for similar client questions instead of rewriting from scratch each time.
Questions & Feedback
You can use the built-in feedback tool — just say you're submitting feedback during and write anything down. You'll receive a clear confirmation once the tool has submitted it.
