How to Sign Up for PromicsEdge & Set Your Account Preferences
To set up your PromicsEdge account, sign up at promicsedge.com, set your account preferences, and finish your profile. This guide walks you through each step.
Step 1: Sign Up for a PromicsEdge Account
- Go to promicsedge.com.
- Enter your email and password, read and accept the Terms of Service, and click Sign Up Free.
Step 2: Set Your Account Preferences
After signing up, you'll be prompted to select your preferences so we can customize your experience. You can choose:
- How you want to distribute your PromicsEdge DNA Test Kits:
- Send from PromicsEdge (recommended): we store your DNA test kits in our warehouse and send them directly to your clients on request.
- Deliver from your office: we ship your DNA test kits to your location so you can hand them to clients yourself.
- Which box to use for your DNA test kits:
- Branded (recommended): kits with SelfDecode branding.
- Unbranded: generic blue and white kits.
You can update your preferences anytime in two ways:
- From your Account Settings.
- From the bulk kit order checkout.
Step 3: Finish Your Account Set-Up
- Enter your name as you'd like it to appear on your account when you log in.
- Select your qualification and specialization so we can further customize your experience.

Can I invite team members to join my account?
PromicsEdge is currently built for individual practitioners and doesn't support multiple log-ins. Practitioners who want to share their account with their team can share their log-in credentials at their own discretion.
Can I change my account preferences?
Yes. You can update your preferences anytime from your Account Settings.
