Setting up your PromicsEdge account is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the signup process and how to set your preferences so your experience is tailored to how you work with clients.

🔐 Step 1: Sign Up for a PromicsEdge Account
- Go to https://promicsedge.com/
- Enter your email and password, read and accept the Terms of Service, and click Sign Up Free.
⚙️ Step 2: Set Your Account Preferences
After signing up, you’ll be prompted to select your preferences to help us customize your experience.
You'll be able to choose:
- How would you like to distribute your PromicsEdge DNA Test Kits?
- Send from PromicsEdge (Recommended): We'll store your DNA Test Kits in our warehouse and send them directly to your clients upon request.
- Deliver from your office: We'll ship your DNA Test Kits to your location, so you can hand them to your clients yourself.
- What box would you like to use for your DNA test kits?
- Branded (Recommended): Kits with SelfDecode branding
- Unbranded: Generic blue and white kits
You can update your preferences anytime from your Account Settings.
🛠️ Step 3: Finish Your Account Set-Up
- Enter your name as you'd like it to appear on your account when you log in.
- Tell us about your professional background by selecting your qualification and specialization. This helps us further customize your experience.

Q: Can I invite team members to join my account?
A: PromicsEdge is currently built for individual practitioners and doesn't support multiple log-ins. Practitioners looking to share their account with their team can share their log-in credentials at their own discretion.
