Welcome to SelfDecode for Professionals a.k.a. PromicsEdge! This guide will help you navigate your client's dashboard, make the most of the available data, and establish an effective workflow for analyzing client results.

Getting Started: Complete Your Client's Profile

Step 1: Fill Out Lifestyle Questionnaires (Optional but Highly Recommended)

After adding a client, you'll see a banner inviting you to complete their profile. This refers to lifestyle data, which is optional but highly recommended. The more data you provide, the smarter the system becomes at delivering relevant recommendations and content.

Three Essential Questionnaires:

  1. Conditions and Goals (Most Important)
    • Document what your client wants to improve
    • Record current symptoms and conditions
    • This data is crucial for personalized recommendations
  2. Health Basics
  3. Diet and Exercise

How to Complete Questionnaires:

You have two options for each questionnaire:

  • Send to Client: Provide their email address, and they'll receive the questionnaire to complete themselves
  • Fill on Their Behalf: Complete it during your consultation if you have the information

Where to Access: Click the banner invitation, or navigate to More > Intake Forms

If you're analyzing your client's blood test results, uploading them creates a more integrated experience.

Benefits of Uploading Lab Results:

  • Search and analyze results within the platform
  • Integration into relevant genetic reports
  • Personalized recommendations based on lab values

Where to Access: Navigate to the Blood Tests section on the client's profile

If you're unsure which labs to order for your client, the platform provides personalized recommendations (under Recommended Tests)
